I was however informed that in the state of virginia that it no longer takes 18-24 months for an alj. It has been decreased drastically to 3-6 months. So hope i wont have to go that far but its a little much better. As my PEB was submitted i will be out on my rear from uncle very same in the foreseeable future close to X-Mas of all factors, But i am praying all goes nicely.
